I like how this flowed. The method of introducing each sound with the explanation of tongue and lip placement/movement, then assessing the student’s sound production with feedback (better or needs more work- try again) is consistent and effective. The repetition of tongue and lip action is really key, I agree.
I also like how you co-prepare the homework. You have another effective method of listing the homework section to go over the key areas to work on. As you review this with the student before the end of the lesson, the student is active in setting himself up to do the homework correctly. Nice lesson.
Question: what was the length of this student’s training with you? And you were at about lesson 5 or 6?
